Queensland State Government offers new $10,000 grant to all new construction contracts signed after 1st August. This is available to owner occupiers and investors!
As part of its 2011–12 Budget, the Queensland Government announced that it would introduce a Building Boost Grant of $10,000. Time is limited, this boost runs out on 31st january 2012.
